    Verdict

Michaels Pride gets the confident vote to win this with Little Bob and Thunderwing rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fourth in a better race behind Sirce last time out and with an easy lead looking likely here he will be hard to peg back under conditions that suit. Little Bob rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind Princelywallywogan especially the return to this shorter trip is sure to suit. Thunderwing is another worthy of respect on his best form but he has ran as if in the handicappers of grip of late and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Oldenway has conditions to suit and could go well at a price but he looks another weighted up to his best and for the winner we return to Michaels Pride.
