    In depth

    Verdict

It usually takes a decent sort to win this juvenile contest and Twist Magic fits the bill, with Finland, The Pen, Aviation and Toss The Caber all interesting. The selection makes his English debut here, but he has already shown smart form in France, handles cut well, and provided he's fit enough first time he can score. Finland won't be found wanting for fitness and has been in good form of late. However, he has never encountered ground as soft as this and that may be a major disadvantage, while it is also against both Toss The Caber and Aviation, who would otherwise have better chances. The Pen is worth more than a passing interest after his defeat of Toss The Caber here last time. He handled cut on the flat and has A P McCoy booked for the mount, so he can go very well, but Twist Magic comes from a yard in form and can score.
