In depth

Verdict

None of these inspire much confidence. Outbacker has been well beaten in better company recently and should do better in this but Foxy Clarets now gets first-time blinkers after another below-par effort at Pontefract. False Witness has finished last either side of going close in a Redcar maiden race so a speculative vote goes the way of SPIRIT OF ALSACE. She's preferred to stablemate Sleeper Class and Pavers Bounty on the pick of her modest form and also makes more appeal than Mount Cheiron, who only won a Catterick seller last season.
