        Verdict

        Medam and Hellbender were both placed on the all-weather last time but neither has won on Turf before and can race off lower marks as a consequence. Elle Rebelle hasn't won since her debut in 2012 and was still beaten four lengths when making the frame at Brighton recently. Black Douglas has looked high enough in the weights over shorter trips but stablemate MONEL won over track and trip off a higher mark last summer. It could be the turn of Jim Goldie's charge once again in this.
