A nightmare for punters, with the narrowest of votes going to Mr Auchterlonie over the more experienced Fairy Skin Maker. This is definitely a race in which to keep bets to the barest minimum, but in the belief that Len Lungo will have Mr Auchterlonie straight enough, he can repay a small investment. His stable always do well with bumper runners, and at least one or two tend to go on to much better things, especially the ones owned by Ashleybank Investments. Fairy Skin Maker has run two sound races at Sedgefield and should not be hard to place, while Sobraon hails from last year's winning stable. Stablemates Birdwatch and Ungaro should be noted in the market, as should the selection's team mate Word Gets Round, but Mr Auchterlonie is a none too confident pick in the finale.
