In depth

Verdict

FEARLESS TUNES will take some beating here. Jenny Candlish's charge hasn't had much racing over the past couple of years but showed his turn was imminent with a fine effort behind Amberjam at Uttoxeter on New Year's Eve when the remainder were a long way behind. Gordon Elliott's Station Closed ran a couple of decent races last summer but has yet to win in 17 starts while How's Vienna has shown nothing since his point-to-point victory in 2014. Tomahawk Wood was well supported when landing a Newcastle handicap in April and though well beaten on a return visit last month will have come on for the run and should do better.
