        Verdict

        Stolen Glance is recommended ahead of Hill of Almhuim and Norman Beckett. Stolen Glance is officially well in on official BHB figures and makes plenty of appeal having dropped to this grade for the first time. Although an infrequent winner, she has handled the surface in the past and can be forgiven two modest runs on a faster surface. Hill of Almhuim showed glimpses of ability earlier in his career although he has become expensive to follow. The jury is out on his ability to handle testing conditions. Norman Beckett routed a field at the course over ten furlongs but his recent efforts have been well below par. First time blinkers appeared to have little effect last time out and a visor is now applied. Aberube Condita has placed on each of his starts on soft ground and is no forlorn hope. Bolckow is unproven under these conditions and could be best watched. Stolen Glance has questions to answer but is still the subject of our recommendation.
