Verdict

A winner twice in Group 3 races last year, Zaaki made a satisfactory reappearance when third in the Diomed Stakes at Newbury. Marie's Diamond produced a career-best when third in the Queen Anne here last month but Mohaather had no luck in-running that day and like Skardu, who was just behind, may have needed the run and may well turn that form its head today. LORD GLITTERS won last year’s Queen Anne and proved that was no fluke later with excellent runs at Goodwood and York. David O’Meara’s grey hasn’t raced since unplaced in the Breeder’s Cup Mile in November but goes well fresh and shouldn’t be underestimated with recent rain in his favour.
