A wide-open sprint with Newmarket winner My Style and stablemate Punchbowl Flyer, who scored nicely at Chepstow, both having claims. Intrepid Italian was beaten only a neck at the latter track but Minhaaj has done her winning over the minimum trip so far including at Sandown last time. TUSCAN OASIS has more scope than most and, having won at Leicester before going close again at Salisbury, Clive Cox’ filly may prove the one to side with. Stable companion Company Minx hasn’t raced for nearly a year and Crantock Bay makes his handicap debut on his return to action but Whelans Way finished third in this last year without threatening the winner and races off the same mark today.
