Verdict

Winds Of War was second on his reappearance at Fontwell but was beaten 24 lengths. Catch The Fire keeps finding one too good while Hit The Switch's winning run came to an end at Towcester and he's 10lb higher here. Samstown has a lot more to do than when winning at Hexham in June but Wheres The Hare has claims on his third at Uttoxeter last month and is suited by good ground. GLOBAL FELLA is still a maiden but didn't far at all badly behind race-fit rivals on his return to action at Hexham. The heavy ground that day wouldn't have helped and he should be suited by this first try over 3m. Top Dancer was put up 6lb after finishing third over C&D in the spring but could still prove the pick of the remainder.
