Juventus full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner has played down talk of a swap deal involving PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The Serie A club are long-term admirers of the 19-year-old Rabiot, who has also been linked with Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.

After reports suggested that Juventus were willing to part with Lichtsteiner in order to secure Rabiot’s services, the Swiss full-back insists the speculation does not faze him.

“Am I disappointed by rumours of a possible exchange with Rabiot? I do not know anything about it. I hear so many rumours,” he told Tuttosport.

The 30-year-old’s contract in Turin is set to expire next summer, but he believes that there is no need to rush discussions regarding a new deal.

"I am focused on the championship - there is always time for the contract renewal,” he said.

“Am I'm going to run out my deal? I do not want to talk about that.”
