Watford captain Troy Deeney has signed a new five-year contract with the club ending speculation about his future.
The striker scored 21 goals in 43 appearances for the Hornets last season to help them secure promotion to the Premier League.
Deeney has now committed his future to the club, having initially made the move to Vicarage Road from Walsall for £500,000 in August 2010.
In total, the 27-year-old has 81 goals from 220 games for Watford and entered the club record books after scoring 20 or more goals in each of the last three seasons.
