Spring Loaded has been raised 9lb for winning the Portland at Doncaster while Flying Pursuit is upped 5lb on the back of a success at Ripon when beating Nameitwhatyoulike with Golden Apollo back in third. Teruntum Star was also successful at Ripon in August but hasn’t raced since whereas STAKE ACCLAIM (NAP) went very close in a tougher sprint than this at Haydock a fortnight ago. He finished well ahead of the likes of Mr Lupton, Orion's Bow and Perfect Pasture and collateral form also gives Dean Ivory’s charge the beating of Upstaging and Al Qahwa. Hoof It and Pipers Note finished third and fourth respectively in last year’s renewal and the former is preferred once again.
