In depth

Verdict

Glebe Garden can follow up her course and distance victory, with Pertemps Magus, Lady Mo and In The Pink the three principal dangers. Michael Bell continues to churn out the winners, and Glebe Garden only has a bit more to do than when making all here just over three weeks ago. The filly was highly rated as a juvenile, taking her chance against Attraction in the Cherry Hinton and also tackling Listed company at Ascot. She has been slow to come to hand this term but finally came good when benefiting from Frankie's assistance last time. That was the first time that the Italian had partnered here and he was obviously impressed enough to keep the ride today. if she handles the ground, a slight rise should not stop her from following up. Pertemps Magus ran out of steam at Ayr but trainer Richard Fahey is sure to have her fighting fit, while Lady Mo is a model of consistency and will plug on gamely. In The Pink has topweight but has already proved herself this term, and if managing to get away quicker than at Newmarket, is another that can play for a place at least. For the winner though, a back-to-form Glebe Garden is the pick.
