Verdict

Quite a trappy little handicap. Squats is of interest dropped into Class 3 company but has lost the winning touch and might be best watched. The jury is also out on Race Day while course and distance winner Horsted Keynes has been somewhat low key on both starts this season. Dance Teacher has to be considered after bouncing back to form last time, however, and Ower Fly continues to ply his trade with commendable consistency. MAZZINI has achieved all three career successes on artificial surfaces but went desperately close to breaking his maiden on Turf when inched out at Doncaster by Spanish City. He faces the same trip and ground here and gets the nod despite a 2lb hike for that latest praiseworthy effort.
