In depth

Verdict

Bandler Ching looked all out the winner when setting sail for home a furlong out in a similar contest at Doncaster on Saturday. Where he was unlucky to find just one more determined when he was headed in the very last stride. He comes into the race off the same mark and has to be considered in his current frame of mind. Bonaguil, Swynford Pleasure and Lord Eurolink have all been expensive to follow this term and appear to have each way claims at best. Northside Lodge has a little to prove at this level so the consistent Burgundy may give the TEAMtalk choice of Bandler Ching the most to do.
