Verdict

Form on soft ground is in short supply but the ability to see out today's trip will be at a premium and SOLIDARITY should have no problems on that score. He won over the extended mile at Epsom last month and is related to winners over middle-distances. Breeding suggests Ghaawy should also last home if handling the ground after landing the odds at Chepstow last time while Dancelot has arguably the best form in the book with a decent third in Listed company at Salisbury. But the latter is now 12lb higher than when winning a handicap at Newmarket earlier and Brighton maiden winner If could prove best of the remainder.
