Verdict

Some top trainers are represented here and we will side with the Michael Stoute trained Pearly King, with Conservation and Eagle Eye put forward as the main dangers. Stoute has yet to have a winner this campaign but his horses have been going okay and the winning will be starting soon. Pearly King is the mount of Keiren Fallon and he showed plenty of promise on his two-year-old debut when well supported. The jockey wasn't hard on him once his chance had gone and this son of Kimgmambo could turn out to be a decent prospect. Eagle Eye showed plenty of promise on his debut, finishing fourth to Dream Theme at Kempton. There should be plenty of improvement to come and a big run is expected. Conservation looked in need of his seasonal bow at Warwick but still ran with credit and should be involved in the finish. Lennoxtown and My Lovely lady ave also shown plenty of ability and look the pick of the others, however Pearly King is expected to start living up to his illustrious pedigree and this one gets our vote.
