In depth

Verdict

Baradore showed plenty of promise on her Newmarket debut last week but that race was run at a false pace and the form may not amount to a great deal so preference is for Arabian Dancer, who gets the nod over Hallowed Dream. The last mentioned is a daughter of Alhaarth and would not need to be out of the ordinary to make a winning debut. Clive Brittain's filly makes more appeal than the other newcomer Caribbean Diamond. Andrew Balding's juveniles normally improve for their first start so the likelihood is that Silver Highlight will do better than when well held on her Newmarket debut. The vote though goes to Silver Highlight. Mick Channon's filly has easily the best form on offer having run a seven-length fifth of 10 in the Cherry Hinton on her most recent start. This looks more her grade and the daughter of Dansili holds an obvious chance.
