Verdict

Windwood Lad is another interesting O'Hare raider, receiving plenty of weight from the three penalised runners when taking his conditional's allowance into account. However, he didn't look anything special at Aintree last time and the previous winners may have his match. Teenage Kicks has his two successes on the board and won't be inconvenienced should the rain arrive but he faces two arguably more progressive rivals here. Ely Brown was so disappointing at Hexham latest and is better judged on an authoritative C&D success the time before. He'll go close if returning to that level but AKBABEND really impressed at Ffos Las and looks the one with the greatest potential in an interesting novice for the time of year.
