In depth

Verdict

ELIOS D'OR has looked a major improver the last twice, especially when putting El Borracho and Dino Velvet to the sword in impressive fashion over course and distance 12 days ago. Up 7lb for the win, he remains feasibly treated under Cobden and can claim the three-timer as he looks one to stay with for now. Siannes Star's winning run came to an end last time but a fourth-placed finish was still a good effort in a higher grade. He's 1lb lower here and rates the danger with the return to 2m likely to suit. Storm Rising and Atlantic Storm are solid performers but Carolines Charm and Leapaway failed to complete in the same race at Uttoxeter when last seen.
