Verdict

Smuggler's Blues and Daydream Aulmes both have point-to-point form while Supakalanistic wasn't disgraced in a couple of outings at Warwick in the spring but this is still likely to go to a newcomer. Nicky Henderson's Malachite is a half-brother to two winning jumpers and three winners on the Flat so has to go on the short-list. Coromandel's winning relatives include Listed and Group 3 winner Disclaimer. Hurlstone Point's dam has produced winners with her first three foals to race and Mystical Clouds is by Cloudings, sire of top-class jumpers including Many Clouds and Cloudy Lane. SHALL WE GO NOW and Skidoosh are both by renowned NH sire Midnight Legend. The former is a full brother to useful hurdler/chaser Midnight Shot so gets a tentative vote.
