Sky Pirate changed hands for £150,000 after easily winning his only start in a point-to-point at Larkhill in February but will need to be useful to overcome an absence and Southwell winner KINGS RYDE (NAP). Nicky Henderson's well-bred son of King's Theatre looks a resolute galloper and the type to go on to better things in the months ahead. Jumping problems hampered Royal Beekeeper between the flags but he made a fair start under Rules and should be capable of better. Norab won at Fontwell in June but has been out of sorts on the Flat recently.
