      Verdict

      ROBIN THE RAVEN (NAP) is possibly better going right-handed as he hung left up the straight when failing to land the odds behind Deauville Crystal here last month. However, he is 7lb better off with Nigel Hawke’s mare so entitled to turn the tables. Jeannot De Nonant made all for an easy win at Cartmel but also carries a penalty. Robinroyale has won between the flags but unseated his rider on his only previous try over fences and Forth Bridge, though a dual hurdles winner, has a Flat pedigree.
