    Verdict

This is a notable drop in class for Qaaraat and Ed Dunlop’s juvenile, rated 79, should go close to opening his account. But we’re inclined to stick with PRANCEABOOTTHETOON, who probably didn’t beat much at Brighton but did it easily and has scope for further improvement. Ghepardo disappointed at Leicester after a third at Bath but may have found that second run coming too soon. Bobby's Charm hinted at ability at Newbury in a race that’s worked out well so shouldn’t be ignored.
