Royal Raider, Simple Rhythm and Herring Senior make most appeal here and the vote is given to ROYAL RAIDER. The selection disappointed last time but she took a few knocks in that race and she is dropped significantly in class. She had previously looked quite useful and from a fair draw she can regain the winning thread. Simple Rhythm won well in this grade last time but she has a dreadful draw today and she will need some luck if she is to score from stall 10. Herring Senior folded tamely at Folkestone when last seen but this drop in trip will help him and he should be capable of getting competitive, especially as he has the plum draw. Mick Channon's Alphabeth wasn't disgraced last time and could prove best of the others. A tricky start to proceedings and Royal Raider is forwarded as the pick.
