COMPATRIOT had some decent form at Dundalk over much shorter trips without winning then came here last week to record a comfortable victory in an amateurs' race over this trip. He has a penalty to carry but was better value than the winning margin suggests and can complete a quick double. Sunshineandbubbles has managed to win three times on the all-weather on different surfaces including here though her early attempts at this trip were very moderate. Mrs Burbidge is better known as a hurdler these days but returned to the Flat at Lingfield a couple of weeks ago with a cracking effort over this trip so she should go well from just 1lb higher. Rock'n Gold ran much better than last week's finishing position on this track suggests though that was over 1m6f.
