Painted Tail went close in a maiden over a shorter trip at this track last time and could figure again but KNOWE HEAD gets the vote. He scored over C&D on his latest start and this looks less competitive. Cane Cat is usually thereabouts at this track though she's 5lb higher than last month's win, while Dream Of Fortune drops back in distance after a four-length defeat here on Thursday. Pinotage can make the frame again after a recent third over C&D and Arctic Cat also has outside claims.
