Klopp had placed over 6f here before winning over the minimum trip at Newcastle and Man Of The Sea had won over shorter trips in Jersey before placing at Lingfield. Guardia Svizzera is another placed over 5f recently but Griggy landed a double over today’s trip before finding a 7lb rise beyond him last time. OUR MAN IN HAVANA failed to win last year but has scored off higher marks in the past and a recent second at Lingfield suggests a return to winning ways is imminent with Tony Carroll’s yard remaining in good form.
