A bad race and Bright Sparky might just have enough ability to see off Komreyev Star and Mandalay Prince. The selection should have no problems in terms of trip as he has campaigned over further under both codes. He almost managed to nick a race over two miles at Kempton on his latest start and if reproducing form of that nature here, there is a strong likelihood of victory. Komreyev Star is a veteran that is still relatively unproven over the trip. He is at least in form. Mandalay Prince could be anything now he is dropping in the weights so the market is watched. Classic Blue looked an unlucky loser in a classified stakes on the card but this is a tougher assignment. Chiff Chaff has placed off a mark of 60 at this track and is another to note. A low grade but competitive affair in which Bright Sparky looks to have the percentage call.
