        Verdict

        A valuable sprint for a Monday afternoon's racing with BOOM THE GROOM (NAP) making most appeal. Back on a winning mark, he was a length behind Spring Loaded, who won again last Saturday, on his latest start at Lingfield where he beat both Steelriver and Justice Good. Mick Easterby has a strong hand in this represented by recent Southwell winner Hoofalong and the progressive Bosham with the latter preferred as he has won four of his six starts this year. Royal Birth beat Dynamo Walt and Seve when scoring at Chelmsford last month and is another to consider in his current good form.
