In depth

Verdict

The veteran MAMBO SPIRIT is still capable of popping-up on his day as when scoring at Bath in July and it could be his turn again in this. But there are plenty of alternatives including another old stager in Methaaly and Assertive Agent, who finished ahead of Saskia's Dream when runner-up at Lingfield. Reginald Claude has decent claims and Bondi Beach Babe has a shout on her recent second over track and trip.
