Verdict

CLOUD ILLUSIONS was beaten over eight lengths in a Listed contest over 7f at Newbury in October but that's the best bit of form on show here. The daughter of Kentucky Derby winner Smarty Jones is expected to handle the Polytrack and Heather Main's filly gets the vote. Bassett Road and Goal are likely to improve on their recent efforts at this track without looking a threat to the selection and jockey bookings suggest Big City Boy is the preferred choice of Phil McEntee's newcomers.
