There should be plenty of pace on here if Landing Strip takes to this surface. However, as all his best turf form has come on firm ground, he may find himself setting things up for a fast finisher today. And Law Breaker, who arrives here after a blow-out at Doncaster at the start of this month, fits the bill as one who will be hard to get past near the finish. Canterloupe and River Days are other that are capable of picking up off the back of a strong pace and along with the old boy Pips Song, should not be underestimated with their chances. However, Law Breaker has a habit of popping up with solid efforts from time to time, and with the Doncaster run expected to have done him a fair bit of good, the five-year-old can be expected to be ready to do himself justice today. It is also worth noting that this is a significant ease in grade for Law Breaker today and the mount of Alan Daly should be capable of giving weight away at this level today.
