In depth

Verdict

AMAZING ALICE left a disappointing effort at Chester behind to win convincingly at Chelmsford last month and gets the vote to defy a penalty on that form. Lady Alavesa and Storm Doris finished second at Leicester and Wolverhampton respectively before poor efforts last time though the latter was competing in much better company than this. Society Secret and Saxonroad Boy are newcomers to keep an eye on.
