        Verdict

        Zalkani can get the better of Finished Article with Tanning another to consider. Tanning won a maiden claimer at Lingfield at the end of last year and has been sharpened up by three hurdling contests recently so cannot be discounted. Finished Article hasn¿t won for three years but has shaped well recently, notably last time when finishing third at Pontefract in an apprentice handicap. This is not a competitive contest and despite that long winless run he looks sure to be thereabouts. Zalkani has completed a hat-trick of wins over the course and distance in similar contests and can score again. He seems to enjoy this grade and tends to arrive on the scene late but is game-his wins have come by narrow margins. Zalkani can make it a four timer.
