Verdict

Moyne Pleasure, Ben Kenobi and Second Generation look the principals in this tight affair and the vote goes to Moyne Pleasure. The selection was a fair third behind The Last Mohican last time, that form has since been franked and under conditions that suit he will be hard to beat. Ben Kenobi rates the main danger as he was a fair second behind Countrywide Girl last time and is sure to be suited by the step up in trip. Second Generation is another that could go well as he was a fair fourth behind Welsh Whisper last time but has yet to prove he stays this far and for that reason is passed over on this occasion. The remainder have shown very little of late and are readily opposed and for the winner we return to Moyne Pleasure.
