Verdict

Fard is up 3lb for scoring at Kempton and has changed stables. He's never run here but has scored on Tapeta at Newcastle. Itmakesyouthink won here in September and is only 2lb higher, despite another fine run on a return visit last month. However, he was beaten five lengths behind MY LAW here in January and is worse off at the weights. The winner very nearly doubled his winning tally here last month and can get back on the winning trail. Eldelbar's only all-weather victory came on Tapeta at Newcastle where he also ran well last time while the lightly-raced Doctor Nuno gave notice of an imminent victory on his first start for Tony Carroll here last month.
