Verdict

A revitalised Muscika landed a hat-trick when scoring over track and trip a week ago but is upped in class and raised 6lb. Night Narcissus went close at Newmarket in June but hasn’t raced since and SHALLOW HAL is preferred. The latter showed signs of a resurgence fitted with blinkers for the first time and finishing fourth in a Class 2 sprint at Chelmsford. The headgear remains in place as he drops down a grade. Corvair may improve for the change of scenery having joined a new yard but Temple Bruer and Invincible Larne face more difficult tasks at this level and Melodic Charm has been off the track for over a year.
