Just Logic is out to put matters right and should do so at the expense of Scroll and newcomers Lucky Lark and Marcello. Just Logic's supporters had their fingers burnt badly at Lingfield last month when Jeremy Noseda's well-bred colt was caught on the line after Shane Kelly failed to see the fast-finishing Lake Shabla over his right shoulder. What should have been a comfortable victory turned into a nightmare for the Irish jockey, hence Just Logic once again lines up in maiden company. Not for long though, as both of his runs to date entitle him to come out on top here. It is nice to see connections keeping faith with Shane Kelly who we can be sure will not be peeping over his shoulder this time. Of the others that have been seen out, Scroll has been very consistent in defeat and once again can reach the frame, while Lucky Lark is an interesting debutante from Middleham. A full-brother to Lucky Pipit, he is by Key Of Luck so should have no trouble handling the Polytrack. Marcello is related to a few winners and any support in the ring would be significant, but really, this is best left to Just Logic.
