Verdict

Rampers has far more experience than his rivals but isn't exactly on an upward curve while stablemate Baltic Histoire's pedigree is nothing out of the ordinary. Another newcomer, HIDE YOUR FIRES, is far more interesting being a half-brother to two winners, one of which was successful around here. He may just outpace York fourth Penwortham, who may be in need of an extra furlong. Pouliche has raced exclusively over 6f so far while Sensational Secret was very disappointing at Redcar following an opening second at Beverley.
