In this very competitive handicap top-weight Efrhina has to be feared along with the consistent Red River Rebel, however we will take a chance on Field Spark. Jeremy Glover's five-year-old has shown consistent form in handicaps over the past couple of months, without quite getting his head in front. The closest he came in fact was in a classified event last time out when chasing home Bienheureux. Efrhina was behind Field Spark in that contest and is slightly worse off at the weights today so the selection should confirm the form. However Efrhina has since landed a couple of Southwell handicaps, showing improved form, so could be capable of running the selection very close today. Red River Rebel hasn't been since since the summer when he had some placed efforts in some competitive handicaps. This is his Wolverhampton debut, but he doesn't look harshly treated and could be capable of running into a place. Iftikhar has been knocking on the door recently and may prove best of the remainder, but Field Spark is the pick of the weights and just gets the verdict
