Verdict

Angel Gabrial wasn't beaten far in what initially looked a strong maiden at Gowran in September, though the form subsequently worked out moderately. He should improve for the experience and go well for new connections but Henry Clay was a big disappointment when odds-on at Lingfield last week and looks as though he could do with further. He's probably only moderate so a chance is taken on the newcomer DUBAWI CHEETAH, who is a half-sister to a 6f winner so should have enough pace on her debut. She's the mount of Paul Hanagan who would have had the choice of her and stablemate Showsinger, who didn't show much on her Southwell debut.
