      Verdict

Not a race to get excited about with all of the usual suspects involved. Little Richard has plenty of form around here, but he has been absent since February and may need the outing, which should leave the way clear for course winner Tojoneski. Kevin Morgan's gelding confirmed his well-being when a close third to Octane and Paddy Mul in a similar contest at Newcastle last month. Bright Spangle lacks consistency, but if she could reproduce her effort here behind Kentucky Bullet, she would have to enter calculations. The maiden Kashmir Sapphire is worthy of respect, but he hasn't always impressed with his attitude, so, with no doubts about the trip or the surface, Tojoneski looks the sound play.
