In depth

Verdict

Another poor contest where Lady Firecracker is taken to score from High Five Society and Keon. The selection has not been far away in similarly poor company on her last two starts and acts well at this trip. John Best's runners are not in bad shape and in such a poor race she can score at a resonable price. High Five Society ran second to Bahhmirage over c&d last time and does keep hitting the frame without winning. The same fate may befall him again here. Keon is trained by Reg Hollinshead, whose skills at placings horse are legendary, and who has plenty of winners here. On that basis alone he is respected and a win wouldn't be a major shock. Me No Puppet is also capable of getting involved but this truly is terrible and if we must put up a selection then the pin falls on Lady Firecracker.
