        Verdict

        Canadian Danehill, Monte Major and New Options are three against the field in another tough race to call for punters with the narrow vote going to the progressive Canadian Danehill. The selection has won his last two races in good style and although rising in the weights he won with plenty in hand when beating Misaro last time and he is taken to defy the handicaper. Monte Major rates the main danger on his latest third behind Blushing Russian but this hold up performer will need plenty of luck in running and at likely odds he is taken on. New Options is on a handy mark and ran well last time out but consistency is not his strong point. Bond Playboy's best form is over a longer trip while Pride Of Joy has been done no favours by the draw and for the winner we return to Canadian Danehill who is in the form of his life.
