In depth

Verdict

TRIPLE AXEL caused a splash on her debut for Jeremy Noseda and may be able to follow up. Littledodayno and Dark Camelia appeal as potential dangers. The handicapper could have been kinder as he's raised her by 10lbs for that fibresand success which would appear to be pretty harsh for a beating of an eleven race maiden albeit a consistent one. Triple Axel has run well at Dundalk so should have no problems with this surface and may be able to prove the assessor's assessment to be correct. Leading Edge has been in good form at Great Leighs of late and has to be considered but it could be worth giving another chance to the consistently frustrating Dark Camelia. She has yet to be persuaded to put her head in front but often makes the frame and should be in the shake-up. Littledodayno is 5lbs higher than when winning here in August but Michael Wigham has his string in good form and she proved at Kempton that she's competitive from this mark so she makes the short-list but we'll take Triple Axel to skate in.
