Top weight Russian Symphony, having already dished out a beating to the likes of Roman Maze and Hurricane Coast, has a solid chance of confirming his superiority again today. The Charlie Egerton-trained selection has adapted well to the All Weather surfaces over the last three months and is still on an upwards curve despite creeping up the ratings. Another to have a look at is Cherokee Nation, who has been given a chance of making the frame on these terms . Paul D'Arcy's charge has been a consistent performer of late and, as he is 4lb better off with Roman Maze from the last time they came into opposition, he could prove to be the biggest danger today. However, Russian Symphony has improved greatly since he has been fitted with blinkers and, with Steve Drowne back in the saddle, he is fancied to take this next step on the ladder in his stride.
