The betting suggested CAHILL would improve on his return to the Flat in October and he duly obliged by a wide margin over track and trip. He is worth sticking with, despite a hike in the weights. El Campeon is another recent course and distance winner to consider while Perfect Summer went close over a similar trip at Chelmsford on her penultimate start and could be in the mix. Grand Meister ran well over 1m4f here last time and is preferred to Topaling, who won here in January but remains 7lb higher.
