Verdict

OPUS MAXIMUS scored over C&D in September and had higher rated rivals than he faces here behind when beaten only a head back at this track last time. Conor Dore's charge gets the nod ahead of Greyfriarschorista who went close to taking advantage of his slide down the weights when runner-up at Musselburgh in August. Burning Stone's placed efforts in claimers give him a chance, while Tobrata should go close to finally losing his maiden tag with Jason Hart taking 5lb off his back.
